2006 Annual Report
This Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) had experienced exceptional growth since becoming a publicly traded company three years earlier. To promote this positive trend, we developed the theme “Building Momentum” for the annual report. The image on the cover functioned on two levels, quickly orienting the reader as to the client’s focus while evoking a growth curve. Overall, we created a document that was more accessible and professional-looking than the client’s previous reports.
