Despite a down real estate market, the client’s investment strategy was designed to achieve consistent performance regardless of conditions. We focused on that important distinction in the annual report, developing the theme “Story of Stability.” To highlight the strength and diversity of this Real Estate Investment Trust’s portfolio, we featured properties leased by some of their most recognizable tenants.
